The nut tart is part of Switzerland's culinary heritage.
Our Simplon version is available in either a 14.5 cm diameter (420 g) or an 18 cm diameter (700 g). The shortcrust pastry with vanilla flavor encloses a firm filling made from cream, sugar, honey, and walnuts.
