OVER 100 YEARS OF TRADITION IN THE 5TH GENERATION
After 125 years, the 5th generation has taken the reins at the Arnold Bakery. Amadeo was born with the baker's trousers in his cradle. At 30 years old, he has been carrying on the tradition of the family business since 1 May 2012 with tried and tested and innovative recipes.
For the village of 300 inhabitants on the south side of the Simplon, the Arnold bakery is not only a place to eat and drink, but also an important employer. The majority of our employees are locals. In addition, seven young people have completed their apprenticeship as bakers and confectioners with the Arnold family since 1990.
