OVER 135 YEARS OF TRADITION IN THE 5TH GENERATION

After 125 years, the 5th generation has taken the reins at the Arnold Bakery. Amadeo was born with the baker's trousers in his cradle. At 30 years old, he has been carrying on the tradition of the family business since 1 May 2012 with tried and tested and innovative recipes.

Our history

For the small mountain village, the Arnold bakery is an important source of work, as well as a meeting place and a supply point. The majority of our employees are locals. In addition, ten young people have completed their apprenticeship as bakers and confectioners with the Arnold family since 1990.

Our team

Deeply rooted in the baking tradition and our region, we are committed through memberships and maintain fair partnerships. It is our concern to strengthen the regional identity as well as regional cycles. We promote our culture and strive for an exchange between guests and the local population. We behave cooperatively with the local trade and are actively committed to the further development of tourism as an important livelihood of our region.
